Camden PCT - Public reaction NHS Constitution

Big difference consultant Howard Exton Smith for nearly 30 health and social care research in a range of issues considered by the activities of the Department of Health, the National the National Health Service, Secretary for Home Affairs and PCT level, he has the interests of their own and responsibility, do a good job.

Howard and leading a series of activities designed to explore the London Borough of Camden residents in response to the proposed NHS Constitution. (The purpose is to safeguard the core constitutional principles and national health services, rights and values, specifically staff and patients.) Howard developed the questionnaire, tips, time and support materials, and introduces the instructors.

Moderator to guide the discussion, and recorded in computer-based, and later analyzed to produce the final report submitted to the Department of Health template feedback.

Ex post evaluation shows that contact and consultation with the management of the high rate of satisfaction.

Berkshire East PCT - to maintain a healthy release

Large differences are commissioned to design and promote a workshop to raise awareness and create Berkshire East PCT's active participation and stay healthy. Healthy to reduce health and education activities through the promotion of extensive hospitalization.

With the public health director and her senior team to discuss in detail, we design and manufacture of pre-workshop activities and workshop format, group work, presentations and materials. Highly interactive seminar covers a wide range of people attended, including GPS, nurse managers, project managers, public health experts and commission management.

The seminar succeeded in creating a milestone in the schedule, key performance indicators, structure and process, individual action plan project work plan.
